Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a Procurement Specialist to execute source-to-contract processes in support of business goals and supplier diversity initiatives. This role ensures policy compliance and contributes to supplier excellence across the organization.

You will assist with supplier management, drive continuous improvement projects, and support day-to-day procurement operations while developing expertise within the PSC team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field, or 3+ years of procurement experience.
• Experience enabling source-to-contract, requisition to pay, and negotiations.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist with source-to-contract procurement processes aligned to category strategy.
• Maintain policy compliance and support supplier diversity and sustainability initiatives.
• Drive supplier management activities and foster collaborative relationships.
• Support risk mitigation and communicate procurement risks to stakeholders.
• Maintain excellence in contract execution and identify process inefficiencies.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects within PSC.
