Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years in administrative, purchasing support, or office coordination.
• Strong Excel, Outlook, Word use with ability to learn new systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and tracking many items to completion.
• Professional communication with external vendors; positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier qualification and documentation process, including questionnaires and policy acknowledgments.
• Assist with purchase order entry, confirmations, and tracking in ERP.
• Match invoices, packing slips, and COAs; resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain organized procurement records and trackers; support audits.
