Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s preferred.
• “12-15 years of experience in Procurement or related field.”
• “5+ years of experience in managing a team.”
• Experience in insurance industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to a team of procurement professionals to develop comprehensive procurement strategies.
• Engage with senior leaders to align procurement strategies with business objectives.
• Drive cost savings and financial performance metrics.
• Lead supplier contract/price negotiations and supplier performance initiatives.
• Collaborate with procurement and senior management to inform sourcing decisions.
• Develop and maintain spend reports by category, vendor, and business unit.
• Recruit, hire, and retain procurement team members and oversee budgeting.
