Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and seven years of professional business or public administration experience, including four years in a supervisory or administrative capacity.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain Certified Procurement Officer (CPO) Certification within the first two weeks of employment.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Procurement Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive procurement strategy aligned with the organization’s goals and lead the team to high performance.
• Contract Management: Develop and manage procurement contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and clear terms.
• Compliance and Ethics: Ensure procurement practices follow laws and ethics; implement a code of conduct for staff and suppliers.
