Job summary

The Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (ODMHSAS) is seeking a Materiel Management Officer I to support operations at the Tulsa Center for Behavioral Health. The role focuses on receiving, storing, and distributing supplies, and ensuring items meet specifications.

Based at the Tulsa Center for Behavioral Health, you will coordinate with the supply department, interact with vendors, and work with department heads on purchases and delivery acceptability.

Qualifications

• Five years' experience in supply or warehousing work, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Receiving, issuing, and shipping stock; arranging it in proper storage locations.
• Inspecting incoming items for conformance with specifications.
• Liaising with agency purchasing/Central Purchasing; conferring with department heads, vendors, and outside agencies on purchases, deliveries, and acceptability of supplies.
