Job summary

MORPHE, part of FORMA Brands, seeks a Senior Director of Procurement to lead commercial execution of the innovation pipeline. You will develop sourcing strategies, govern supplier relationships, and drive cost, margin and timing objectives across multiple functions to accelerate product development and market readiness.

The role requires strong analytical, negotiation and cross-functional leadership in a fast-paced consumer goods environment, with a focus on cost optimization and supplier

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a sourcing, procurement or supplier management leadership position in beauty or related manufacturing.
• Experience supporting new product commercialization and cross-functional innovation programs.
• Strong experience with product cost targets, pricing assumptions and sourcing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial procurement process for new product innovation from concept through commercialization.
• Develop and manage innovation costing, quotes, pricing validation and margin analysis.
• Partner with Product Development to evaluate designs, packaging solutions and materials.
• Develop sourcing strategies and supplier selection that balance innovation, speed, quality and cost.
• Build supplier governance frameworks, scorecards and KPIs; lead negotiations and optimization projects.
• Drive procurement transformation, analytics, and digital tooling across the supplier network.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Planning and Quality on risk, capacity planning and continuity.
