Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field (see Education).
• 3-5 years of experience in packaging development, sustainability, or related field.
• Experience in cosmetics, skincare, or consumer packaged goods preferred.
• Knowledge of sustainable packaging materials and global environmental compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sustainability initiatives for packaging across product categories.
• Research and evaluate sustainable packaging materials (PCR, bio-based, recyclable, refillable, compostable).
• Track packaging sustainability metrics (recycled content, recyclability, carbon footprint, weight).
• Maintain sustainability databases and documentation.
