Job summary

Forma Life Sciences seeks a Procurement & Spend Management Manager to oversee procurement, spend analysis, and vendor management across the organization. You will negotiate contracts, support annual budgeting, and monitor spend to improve cost efficiency while collaborating with Finance, Manufacturing, Quality, and Facilities.

Ideal candidates bring 5–8 years in procurement, strong Excel and NetSuite experience, and a track record of delivering measurable savings in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and strong analytical and budgeting skills.
• Experience negotiating supplier contracts and managing spend.
• Proven ability to work across Finance, Operations, Manufacturing, and Quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting and spend management processes for materials, services, and contracts.
• Develop sourcing strategies and negotiate terms with key suppliers.
• Manage vendor relationships and monitor performance against SLAs.
• Identify cost savings opportunities and drive procurement policy improvements.
