Job summary

Malvern Panalytical in Norcross, GA, seeks a strategic Director of Procurement to lead procurement operations across the U.S. and Canada. Based in Norcross, you will shape procurement strategy, drive supplier management, and optimize costs across multiple North American sites.

Reporting to the Global Procurement Director, you will develop a high-performing team, ensure supply continuity, support new product introductions, and advance sustainability initiatives across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of procurement or supply chain experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience leading procurement across multiple manufacturing sites.
• Strong negotiation, supplier management and strategic sourcing experience.
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or Ariba.
• Excellent leadership, communication and analytical skills.
• Preferred MBA or relevant master's degree.
• APICS, CIPS, ISM, or similar certification.
• Experience within scientific, medical device, industrial technology, or high-tech manufacturing environments.

About the role

Malvern Panalytical is seeking a strategic Director of Procurement to lead procurement operations across the U.S. and Canada. Based in Norcross, this role is responsible for procurement strategy and supplier management across multiple North American locations, including Norcross, GA; Northampton, MA; and Quebec, Canada. Reporting to the Global Procurement Director, you will drive supply chain resilience, cost optimization, supplier performance, and procurement excellence across the region.
