Job summary

Allegiant Information Systems is seeking a Data Manager for Procurement Programs & Systems to oversee data resources, reporting, and analytics across the P2P process. You will coordinate with IT, vendors, and internal stakeholders to drive data quality and system improvements.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least four years in programming or database management, with strong SQL, Power BI, and Microsoft SQL Server skills. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Minimum four years in programming, database management, or related experience.
• Background in materials procurement, analytics, and process management.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical conversations with internal stakeholders to document data requirements.
• Guide Data Analysts and Procurement Programs & Systems to deliver results for senior leadership.
• Analyze data resources to align with new or revised processes in AIS.
• Improve data efficiencies for the P2P process and related sourcing activities.
• Develop forms, templates, data sources, and electronic transactions.
• Provide actionable data, datasets, and reports to senior leadership.
