Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, operations, supply chain, or related field.
• At least two years of experience in manufacturing processes or large-scale metals/scrap operations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
• Experience with multiple MRP systems and proficiency with Excel and data analytics/reporting tools.

Aufgaben

• Data collection, integration, and analysis from ERP, ETQ, data lake, and supplier inputs.
• Identify cost-reduction opportunities and risk mitigation through benchmarking and should-cost modeling.
• Develop should-cost models, allocate costs, and analyze cost drivers across processes.
• Create dashboards and KPIs; communicate insights via Excel, Power BI, and presentations.
• Support RFAs and leadership with data-driven recommendations.
