Job summary

The role provides opportunities to work under general supervision within a hybrid work arrangement, with a focus on attention to detail, data entry, and effective communication.

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree in Purchasing, Business, Finance, Accounting or related field is preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills are required.
• Attention to detail and solid organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the project team with mildly complex procurement post‑award activities across multiple projects.
• Assist with other procurement duties and ensure accuracy of invoices and documentation.
• Coordinate with project personnel to ensure contract compliance and timely payments.
