We are seeking an experienced Procurement Coordinator to support the successful delivery of commercial, industrial, energy infrastructure, EV charging, and building electrification projects throughout the United States.
This is a hands-on procurement role for someone who understands the electrical supply chain and can independently manage purchasing activities from initial request through final delivery.
This position is primarily based in our NYC office, with periodic travel to our warehouse in Newburgh, NY. Responsibilities at the Newburgh location will include meeting deliveries, managing inventory, and supporting warehouse-related procurement activities. Candidates must be able to travel to the Newburgh location as needed, either by personal vehicle or public transportation. Approved transportation expenses will be reimbursed by the company.
The ideal candidate will bring experience working with electrical manufacturers, distributors, and suppliers, along with the ability to negotiate pricing, manage lead times, resolve supply challenges, and ensure materials arrive when projects need them.
