• Advise stakeholders on contract structures, risk allocation, service levels, warranties, and data protection.
• Coordinate with legal teams (OGC) for matters requiring legal advice or representation.
• Support contract solicitation reviews, evaluation criteria, award documentation, and contract modifications.
