The Florida Department of Health, Division of Medical Quality Assurance, Bureau of Operations, is seeking a Government Analyst II to lead procurement and contract management activities within the Operational Support Services Unit in Tallahassee. Qualifications

• Contract lifecycle management knowledge including drafting, negotiation, and compliance monitoring.
• Experience with fiscal management, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency with Florida state software systems (FLAIR, FIS, FACTS, MFMP) and MS Office; SmartSheet preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurements and oversee contract actions for timely execution.
• Audit contract budgets and ensure invoices are processed timely and budgets are managed.
• Oversee the full contract lifecycle from drafting to amendments and closeouts.
