Inceed, a staffing direct placement firm, is seeking a Procurement Contracts Administrator in Lakewood, Colorado. The role covers end-to-end software and technology contract lifecycles, including drafting, negotiating, and renewals to protect commercial interests in a fast-paced IT environment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of software procurement/contract experience, strong vendor management skills, and proven negotiation with legal teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct experience in software procurement or contracts.
• Experience with SaaS, software licensing, and technology renewals.
• Background in vendor management and IT contract administration.
• Proven negotiation experience with legal teams.
• Experience supporting enterprise IT organizations.
• Strong understanding of software lifecycle activities.
• Ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end software and technology contract lifecycles

Position

Procurement Contracts Administrator

Compensation

$ 35 – 48 /hour, depending on experience

Location

Lakewood, Colorado

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Procurement Contracts Administrator to join their team!

This is a strong opportunity for a contracts professional who enjoys owning the full lifecycle of software and technology agreements. In this role, you’ll help support critical procurement activity, protect commercial interests, and keep renewals moving smoothly across a fast-paced enterprise IT environment.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Manage end-to-end software and technology contract lifecycles
• Draft, review, redline, and negotiate agreements
• Support renewals and track expiration dates
• Partner with legal and IT stakeholders on contract terms
• Negotiate SOWs, MSAs, SaaS, and license agreements
• Monitor vendor performance and commercial terms
• Identify cost savings and licensing optimization opportunities

• Comfort working in long-term contract environments
