Job summary

1199SEIU is seeking a Procurement and Source-to-Contract professional to guide business partners through procurement processes, manage lifecycle activities from intake to closeout, and support RFQs/RFPs with organized requirements and evaluations.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, process improvement and adherence to policy in a regulated environment, with a strong focus on efficiency and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required inBusiness Administration, Operations Management or Supply Chain or closely related field.
• Minimum of four (4) years of progressively responsible experience in operations, procurement, contract administration, Source-to-Contract, process improvement, or related analytical role.
• Procurement, sourcing, contract management, or related professional certification preferred
• Experience in procurement, sourcing, contract lifecycle management, vendor management, or similar workflows in a regulated environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Source-to-Contract processes from intake through compliance and approvals.
• Coordinate procurement activities lifecycle from intake to renewals and closeout.
• Support RFQs, RFPs, and bids including timelines, requirements, evaluation, and award support.
• Review documentation for completeness, policy alignment, and business rationale.
