• Translate procurement changes into intuitive, coordinated content and experiences.
• Develop adoption, readiness, release timelines, and stakeholder engagement approaches.
• Collaborate to identify friction, simplify processes, and improve platform consistency.
• Own content governance, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and searchability.
• Establish standards for information architecture, taxonomy, metadata, and lifecycle management.
• Govern content updates across YaleBuys, supplier portals, and ERP systems.
• Maximize AI-enabled support within YaleBuys and established platforms.
