Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required with advanced communications and marketing skills.
• Post-high school education may substitute for experience at equivalent rate.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage communications strategies for Procurement Services; include vendor outreach training and customer service improvements.
• Develop and implement comprehensive internal and external communications and training plans across campus.
• Lead editor for all Procurement communications; manage the Procurement website content, graphics, and usability.
• Collaborate with University Communications and leadership to ensure compliant, clear messaging and reporting of KPIs.
