Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine in Titusville, NJ is recruiting a Global Supply Chain Reliability Co-op. You will gain exposure to end-to-end supply chain performance measurement, risk identification, and improvement initiatives within a global, compliant framework.

You will analyze data, build cross-functional tools, and present insights to senior leaders. This internship requires enrollment in engineering, supply chain, or statistics, with strong MS Office skills, especially Excel

Qualifications

Pursuing engineering, supply chain, statistics or similar major.
Detail-oriented, highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
Strong data analysis skills.
Proficient with MS Office; pivot tables and graphs required.

Responsibilities

Conduct data analytics and trends via AI and other means.
Formulate metrics for digitization of performance management.
Collaborate across Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Quality functions.
Regularly update senior leaders on reliability status.
Develop and deploy cross-organizational tools for digital enablement.
Handle projects like supply chain cycle time analysis and import/export improvements.
