Job summary

Gerdau North America is seeking a Procurement Change Management & Training Lead to drive adoption of new procurement initiatives across the organization in Texas. You will lead change management, training, onboarding, and sustainment activities, ensuring stakeholders understand changes and apply new processes and policies in daily operations.

The role reports to Procurement leadership and acts as the central owner for enablement, adoption tracking, and capability development across Direct

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related field required.
• 3–6 years of experience in change management, training, enablement, or related roles.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP Ariba including Supplier Lifecycle and Performance, Guided Sourcing, Supplier Management, or Supplier Registration.
• Experience supporting system implementations, process changes, or cross‑functional initiatives.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to tailor messaging.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management and stakeholder engagement for Procurement initiatives.
• Own training strategy and delivery for systems, processes, and policies.
• Track adoption metrics and coordinate retraining or reinforcement efforts.
• Oversee onboarding enablement and ongoing capability development.
• Collaborate with Procurement leadership, category teams, and project managers.
