Job summary

Gerdau is seeking a Procurement Change Management & Training Lead in Midlothian, TX to drive successful adoption of procurement initiatives. You will lead change enablement, training, onboarding, and sustainment across Direct Materials, Indirect/MRO, Capex, and Services, partnering with project managers to mitigate readiness risks.

The role requires 3–6 years in change management with SAP Ariba experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business, communications, HR, organizational development, change management, or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in change management, training, enablement, transformation, or program support roles.
• Hands-on SAP Ariba experience, including Supplier Lifecycle and Performance (SLP) or Guided Sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management and stakeholder engagement for procurement initiatives.
• Own training strategy and delivery for procurement initiatives, including materials creation and live/virtual sessions.
• Oversee onboarding enablement and ongoing capability development for procurement teams.
• Track adoption metrics and drive targeted retraining as needed.
• Collaborate with leaders and SMEs to align changes with procurement priorities.
