Job summary

Qualifications

• US Citizenship required.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance if required.
• Experience with Oracle ERP and MRP.
• Experience conducting procurement cost and price analyses.
• Experience negotiating supplier pricing, proposals, and purchasing agreements.
• Understanding of procurement processes and MRP.
• Ability to manage purchase order activities and supplier relationships.
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement activities, supplier relationships, subcontracts, and purchase orders for fixed-price and cost-reimbursement agreements.
• Analyze Oracle ERP and MRP requirements to identify purchasing needs and ensure material availability.
• Prepare and issue RFQs, RFPs, and RFIs.
• Conduct supplier evaluations, cost analyses, and fact-finding to support decisions.
• Negotiate supplier pricing and contract terms to meet program requirements.
• Prepare, place, administer, and monitor purchase orders and subcontracts.
• Coordinate supplier source selection and procurement options.
• Serve as liaison between suppliers, functions, and program offices to resolve issues.
• Review material planning and supplier lead times to ensure schedules.
• Conduct supplier communications and onsite reviews to monitor performance.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and contractual requirements.
• Maintain procurement schedules and priorities against program metrics.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
