Advantage Technical is hiring a Procurement Buyer in Sterling Heights, MI. This role focuses on sourcing, cost analysis, and supplier management to support complex purchasing activities.

You will analyze requirements, create RFQs/RFPs, negotiate terms, and manage purchase orders while coordinating with internal teams to meet program objectives. Domestic travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain operations.
• Knowledge of Oracle, MRP systems, and procurement processes.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Microsoft Office experience preferred.
• Occasional domestic and possible international travel.

Responsibilities
