Job summary

AirClean Systems, Inc. is seeking a Junior Buyer to issue purchase orders, liaise with suppliers, and support expediting to keep operations running smoothly. This role interacts with internal teams to determine needs and ensure timely delivery.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in a related field, has basic MS Office skills, and is eager to learn ERP workflows (Microsoft Dynamics). Familiarity with MRO inventory is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain/Operations Management or related field.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) required.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Generates new ideas and innovation for the purchasing department.

Responsibilities

• Issue purchase orders in a timely manner.
• Follow up on purchase order status with suppliers.
• ISO document control.
• Maintain data in ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics).
• Maintaining current MRO inventory.
• Source new suppliers.
• Other duties as assigned.
