  • Maintain ERP/MRP data accuracy including pricing, lead times, supplier records, order status, sourcing information, and procurement parameters.
  • Support request for quotation (RFQ) activities and supplier quote analysis to assist Global Supply Managers (GSMs) with sourcing decisions and cost reduction initiatives.
  • Drive tactical cost savings through supplier engagement, quote comparisons, pricing analysis, and identification of commercial opportunities.
  • Coordinate material readiness for prototype, engineering validation, and production builds.
  • Partner with Planning and Manufacturing teams to resolve shortages and material availability issues.
  • Track long‑lead materials and work closely with suppliers to ensure supply continuity and schedule alignment.
  • Support supplier onboarding activities and ensure suppliers meet procurement process requirements.
  • Resolve invoice discrepancies, shipment issues, receiving concerns, and supplier‑related execution challenges.
  • Provide timely updates to cross‑functional teams regarding supplier commitments, shortages, material availability, and delivery risks.
  • Support new product introduction (NPI) activities through proactive procurement planning and supplier coordination.
About You
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or practical equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of purchasing experience in hardware, manufacturing, robotics, automotive, aerospace, or similar environments.
