About the position:

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual who is comfortable using Microsoft Excel as a daily tool for data tracking, reporting, and analysis.

About the department:

The US Procurement team supports procurement, vendor risk, and travel management activities for the US and Mexico City offices.

Responsibilities :

• Manage basic contract review.
• Support vendor onboardings and vendor due diligence.
• Support maintenance of complete and accurate vendor / contract databases.
• Support monitoring process for third-party vendors.
• Support vendor related ad-hoc requests and research.
• Support administrative tasks related to contracts and other Procurement activities.
• Backup for travel support.

Qualifications and Competencies

• 3+ years of prior work experience
• Analytic thinker, highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple / shifting priorities
• Experience with Contract Lifecycle, and/or Vendor Management database systems is a plus
• Spanish and/or Portuguese speaker is a plus

Hourly Range: $50-$62/hr
