About the role
We are seeking an experienced, highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Associateto join our team and drive operational excellence within our fast-paced, high-growth environment. This individual will work closely with Hungryroot’s Director of Category Management, Category Managers, and Procurement Coordinator to optimize and own the end-to-end product onboarding lifecycle, enhance the integrity of our product databases, and lead vendor management strategies.The ideal candidate brings proven project management capabilities, thrives on improving and implementing scalable processes, and is a strong cross-functional communicator. You should be able to operate independently, prioritize with sound judgment, and drive critical outcomes that support both internal stakeholders and external vendor partners. A background or strong interest in food is preferred.
As part of a highly cross-functional role/team, you will partner closely with our supply chain, culinary, food safety, accounting, legal, and creative teams to drive results.
