Job summary

UNAVAILABLE Procurement team in De Pere, WI seeks a Procurement Analyst to turn spend data into actionable insights that drive savings and compliance. You will support dashboards, supplier performance, contract workflow, and SRM processes across the sourcing lifecycle.

Responsibilities include spend analytics, reporting, KPI tracking, DocuSign routing, and maintenance of supplier scorecards, with collaboration across Finance, Legal, and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field.
• Experience in procurement, sourcing, finance, analytics, or supply chain.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret spend, supplier, financial and operational data.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, scorecards, or performance metrics.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Excel, and data analysis tools; ERP/Source-to-Pay exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze spend data to identify sourcing opportunities, trends, and noncompliance.
• Develop and maintain procurement dashboards, KPIs, and reports.
• Track procurement savings, cost avoidance, and financial impact; support validation with Finance.
• Maintain supplier scorecards and SRM data; support supplier reviews and reporting.
