Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Research potential suppliers and compare options to identify suitable purchasing choices.
• Collect and analyze purchasing data from invoices, POs, and reports to produce spend summaries.
• Maintain supplier records and prepare data-driven procurement reports and dashboards.
• Monitor supplier performance against pricing, delivery, and quality expectations.
• Collaborate with procurement, finance, and operations to align purchasing with budgets.
• Support process improvements in data collection, reporting workflows, and compliance.
