Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Procurement Analyst in Fremont, CA to support the Procurement and Contract Teams. The role focuses on supplier onboarding, purchase order administration, and data management in line with CBRE policies and client requirements.

You will onboard new suppliers, maintain vendor records, and develop reports on supplier sourcing, contracting, and performance. This is an entry-to-mid level role with full training provided on client systems and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Open to candidates from any procurement background as well as finance backgrounds.
• Strong spreadsheet skills (Excel, Smartsheet, or similar) and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Intermediate math skills and ability to calculate percentages and other financial figures.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate supplier onboarding and risk assessments, collecting required documentation and ensuring vendor compliance.
• Maintain supplier records, vendor databases, and contract repositories to ensure data integrity.
• Monitor and report on supplier performance using established processes and metrics.
• Prepare and summarize procurement data in Excel/Smartsheet to provide actionable insights.
• Support contract administration activities, including drafting and renewing supplier agreements.
• Provide administrative support, scheduling, and stakeholder communications.
