Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Public Administration, Finance, Purchasing, or a closely related field.
• Professional procurement experience or related policy/contract administration experience.
• Experience with diverse teams and government regulations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute procurements in line with federal, state and local laws and Port policies.
• Develop solicitation documents and coordinate pre-proposal and pre-bid conferences.
• Support evaluation committees and interface with divisions and external stakeholders.
• Assist in contract execution and maintain procurement records and documentation.
• Analyze procurement activities and propose efficiency improvements.
