The incumbent will manage orders, coordinate travel, assist with events and seminars, and ensure proper funding and reporting. On-campus training is required for six months, with potential for a hybrid arrangement based on needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related area and/or equivalent experience/training.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and web-based applications.
• 2–4 years of related experience.
• Experience with online content management systems and basic website development.
• Experience using Google Drive, GoogleCalendar, GoogleDocs, GoogleSheets, and GoogleForms.
• Experience with processing travel reimbursements and purchasing.

Responsibilities

• Perform purchasing duties in line with UC/UCR policies, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timeliness.
• Organize and validate data, analyze quotes and contracts, manage orders and track deliveries.
• Ensure vendors are paid timely and expenses charged to correct fund sources; support financial reports.
• Process reimbursements and travel coordination; assist with department events and seminars.
• Review transactions in UCR system tools; follow up to ensure accuracy and integrity.
