University of California - Riverside is seeking an IT Procurement Analyst and Receptionist to manage the campus-wide hardware and software approval process and serve as the first point of contact in the C&C Building. The role includes handling POs for software/hardware, coordinating with CIO and IT Security, and supporting procurement activities.

The position is by nature on-site, funded on soft funds, with a salary range documented at $27.63–$47.56 per hour.

• Experience with procurement processes and vendor coordination.
• Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage campus-wide hardware and software approval workflow and data collection.
• Process incoming packages and coordinate with Procure to Pay system, notifying staff on arrival.
• Assist ITS Senior Procurement Analyst with software/hardware maintenance procurement and office supplies.
