Job summary

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Procurement Analyst I in Chaska, Minnesota, to plan, organize and execute strategic procurement for hardware components. You will collaborate with Planning, Manufacturing, QC, and Shipping to meet production schedules in an on-site role.

You will influence supplier performance using DBS tools, drive improvements in KPI targets, and work closely with the Corporate Sourcing group on long-term projects.

Qualifications

• High-volume work experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud preferred).
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint) and Power BI; ability to learn new tools.

Responsibilities

• Follow material procurement and supplier management policies & procedures through SOP work instructions for supply chain.
• Work with Planning, Manufacturing, QC, Technical Operations, Supplier Engineering, and Shipping/Receiving to track status and define priorities to meet production schedules.
• Manage escalation communications, part shortages, and expediting; coordinate with Corporate Strategic Sourcing on long-term projects.
• Drive improvements in supplier OTD, Working Capital turns, Purchase Price Variance, and related KPIs using DBS tools and change management.
• Pursue data-driven process improvements across procurement activities.
