Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of contract management principles and negotiations.
• Experience in client relationship development, problem identification and resolution, data-intensive analysis, and contract negotiation.
• Familiarity with PeopleSoft E-Procurement or similar ERP procurement/financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to agency staff, vendors and stakeholders on procurement processes.
• Assist with contract administration and issue resolution.
• Facilitate communication between vendors, agency and employees.
