What You Will Do

• Manage all aspects of relationships with specific suppliers within a commodity, including schedules and purchase orders.
• Ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and cost targets are met.
• Respond to inquiries about order status, changes, or cancellations.
• Procure goods, materials, supplies, and services in the organization’s best interest.
• Prepare purchase orders and compile data for pricing and financial analysis.
• Monitor contract performance and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate with suppliers to resolve delivery issues.
• Develop and maintain good vendor relationships.
• Participate in meetings, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support project management activities.
• Perform other duties as needed based on business requirements.
• Communicate effectively in English with colleagues and clients.
• Travel up to 10% as required.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Materials Management, Business Administration, Technology, or Engineering.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Technology.
