Job summary

CBRE Full Spectrum Lab Services in Boston/Cambridge seeks an analyst to design, generate, and review reports supporting account, client, and global sourcing needs. The hybrid role combines data work with stakeholder collaboration.

You will maintain data integrity, collect data from multiple sources, perform financial evaluations, prepare forecasts, and identify trends to inform business decisions. A Bachelor's degree and up to 3 years' relevant experience are preferred.

Job description

CBRE Full Spectrum Lab Services provides end to end scientific support for clients across life sciences, manufacturing, and other industries. We partner with pharmaceutical and biotech companies, healthcare, food and beverage producers, automotive and tooling innovators, and both contract research organizations (CROs) and contract manufacturing organizations (CMOs) to keep their operations running at peak performance.

About the Role:

Role is hybrid in Boston/ Cambridge, MA

What You\'ll Do:
  • Design, generate, review, and implement reports to support account, client, and global sourcing requirements.
  • Prepare the results of reports along with their relative impacts on the business.
  • Maintain data integrity of databases and make changes as required to enhance accuracy, usefulness, and access.
  • Collect and rationalize data from many sources. Conduct thorough financial evaluation.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy. Use data from many sources to create a complete overview that includes improvements and recommendation(s).
  • Prepare forecasts and investigate trends in general business conditions.
  • Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them.
  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
  • Impact the quality of own work.
  • Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
  • Exchange straightforward information, asks questions and check for understanding.
What You\'ll Need:
  • Bachelor\'s Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
  • Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
  • Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
