Job summary

Mondo is seeking a Procurement Specialist to support the client’s procurement function remotely in the United States. The role executes sourcing strategies, manages Coupa purchase orders, and strengthens vendor relationships.

Responsibilities include driving Coupa-based procurement processes, collaborating with Legal and Security for onboarding, and communicating effectively with internal stakeholders. Contract through May 7, 2027, with W2 hourly compensation.

Qualifications

• Experience with Coupa or comparable ERP platform.
• Strong analytical abilities for procurement data interpretation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for stakeholder engagement.
• Experience in purchase requisitions and purchase order management.

Compensation Range: $37-$47/hr W2

This role supports the client's procurement function by developing sourcing solutions, administering purchase orders in Coupa, and maintaining strong vendor and stakeholder relationships.

Job Summary

• Develop efficient procurement solutions and support senior management in the creation and implementation of sourcing strategies.
• Facilitate the creation of Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders within the client's Coupa ERP system.
• Maintain vendor relations by identifying and resolving issues with orders in a timely manner.
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders across the organization.
• Lead procurement administration efforts with a primary focus on Coupa system management.
• Partner with Legal and Security teams during new vendor onboarding to ensure all business requirements are met from the outset.

Minimum Requirements

• Experience with Coupa or a comparable enterprise procurement or ERP platform.
• Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to interpret procurement data and support decision-making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder and vendor engagement.
• Demonstrated experience in procurement administration, including purchase requisitions and purchase order management.
