NAVSUP in Philadelphia seeks a Procurement Analyst in the Contracting Department to support pre- and post-award activities, oversight, and strategic sourcing. The role requires mastery of procurement, contracting, and negotiation methods to ensure compliance with regulations.

In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-13) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector a mastery knowledge of procurement, contracting, and negotiation methods to ensure regulations and requirements are met for compliance.
