Procurement Analyst

Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a procurement specialist in Arizona to review Statements of Work, draft NDAs, obtain quotations, and manage supplier relations through post-award activities. The role requires interaction with cross-functional teams and senior management, with a focus on strategic procurement and governance.

Ideal candidates will have 1+ years in PO management, SAP experience, and a background in government contracts, negotiation, and automation tools, enabling effective supplier

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in purchase order management including documentation.
• Experience with SAP procurement software.
• 1+ years of experience in supplier relationship management.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
• Experience with Government contracts, processes and procedures.
• Negotiation skills
• Experience with automation tools.
• Leadership skills and ability to interface internally and with suppliers.
• Knowledge of the integrated supply chain, including strategic procurement.
• Ability to interface with senior management on major matters pertaining to policies, plans, and objectives.
• Ability to develop peer relationships with senior executives, cross-functional teams, customers, and program managers
