To strengthen our team in Ann Arbor,
we are looking for you as a(n) Procurement Agent I.
This position has responsibility for operational purchasing functions for the goods and services purchased in support of all WACKER US sites. This individual will support Operational Procurement with RFQ/RFI's, order placement and confirmation, follow up on past due orders and all other procurement duties as needed. This person is responsible for the protection of the Company's assets by procuring materials & services in an ethical manner that meets WACKER's strategic goals and provides the greatest overall monetary value to the supply chains. This person will help to promote procurement practices and facilitate the continuous improvement of partnerships between its internal customers and WACKER's suppliers to achieve the lowest total cost of ownership.
