Job summary

Rite-Hite is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager (Procure-to-Pay) to lead our AP operations, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and employee T&E reimbursements. You will manage a team of AP Specialists and partner with Procurement, Treasury, IT, and stakeholders to scale operations and drive automation.

This hybrid role is based at our Milwaukee, WI Global Headquarters with three days on-site weekly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• 6-8+ years in Accounts Payable or Procure-to-Pay, including people leadership.
• Experience leading operations in a process-driven or shared services environment.
• Experience driving process improvements, automation, or AP transformation initiatives; ERP experience (JD Edwards preferred).
• Experience owning business systems and partnering with IT and solution providers.

Responsibilities

• Owns end-to-end AP and T&E operations and strategy, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and employee reimbursements.
• Ensures compliance with company policies, approval matrices, and internal control requirements.
• Leads process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives and develops the AP team.
• Serves as the primary escalation point for complex vendor, payment, and process issues.
• Leads, coaches, and develops the accounts payable team.
• Owns PTP technology solutions and partners with IT and solution providers.
