Job summary

UDR Consulting, INC is seeking a Procore Implementation Specialist in Kansas City, MO to support development and deployment of advanced processes and technology for project delivery.

The Technology and Innovation Consultant will partner with project teams, managers and executives to evaluate needs, implement solutions, provide tech support, and drive efficiency and value for client programs across construction projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field with relevant experience.
• Associate degree with multiple years of experience in consulting.
• High school diploma with substantial relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of project and program management techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and presentations.
• Proficient with MS Office, CAD, GIS, and data analysis tools.
• Knowledge of computer logic and data analytics preferred.
• EIT certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy advanced processes, tools, and technology for project delivery.
• Partner with project teams and leadership across evaluation, solution creation, and implementation.
• Document business processes and identify workflow improvements.
• Present project execution solutions including software, codes, and automated processes.
• Execute proof of concept activities with savings and benefits analysis.
• Provide technology support to teams and ensure optimal tool utilization.
• Research and implement new tech to create new revenue streams and margins.

UDR is seeking qualified candidates for a Procore Implementation Specialist opportunity in Kansas City, MO.

Description

The Technology and Innovation Consultant will provide development and deployment of advanced processes, tools, and technology to drive the efficient delivery of projects.

The Technology and Innovation Consultant will partner with project teams, project managers, business line managers, and division management throughout the evaluation of market and business trends, problem identification, solution creation, and implementation phases while adhering to budget constraints, design factors and client needsAssist project teams to document business process and identify ways to improve execution of projects and services to improve workflow and efficiencies.

Present proposed project execution solutions (including software, hardware, code writing, automated processes etc.).

Responsible for executing proof of concept activities including detailed savings, benefits and automated process improvements.

Implement technology solutions to successfully adopted stakeholders.

Provide technology support to teams and processes to ensure optimal utilization.

Evaluate existing processes and technology tools and deploy new tools to improve efficiency and workflow improvements on client projects.

Research and implement new technology and develop innovative approaches to our services and client deliverables.

Attend trade shows and conferences to present emerging trends, markets and technologies to leadership.

Develop technologically innovative products, solutions, and services to create new revenue streams and improve project profit margins.

Assist in the development of business cases for large investments and initiatives to enter into a partnership. Assist in the presentation and launch of new venture through Burns & McDonnell Launch program.

Develop and maintain external vendor relationships and evaluate integration of their solution(s) into business processes.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as IT and Strategic Initiatives, to build wholistic and cohesive solutions for clients Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering or related degree from an accredited program and 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the consulting industry Required or
• Associate Degree and 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the consulting industry Required or
• High School Diploma/GED and 7 years of relevant experience, preferably in the consulting industry
• Required Strong knowledge and proficient in standard engineering techniques and procedures for project and program management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent presentations skill with internal and external audiences of various sizes.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, CAD platforms, GIS, analysis programs, and data acquisition platforms.
• Strong knowledge in computer logic and data analytics preferred.
• Ability to work methodically and analytically in a quantitative problem-solving environment and demonstrated critical thinking skills.
• Strong attention to detail, facilitation, team building, collaboration, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability of advanced learning new concepts and applying knowledge to deliverables.
• Engineers in Training-EIT Certification Preferred

• Minimum 1 year of Procore experience required
• No expectation for overtime
