Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in construction operations with at least two years in technology enablement or digital transformation.
• Proven experience standardizing workflows and governing construction management in Procore platform.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the field's concepts and principles.
• Leads and directs the work of other employees and has full authority for personnel decisions.

Responsibilities

• Training & User Support: Develop and deliver role-based Procore training programs and create training materials.
• Procedures & Governance: Establish standard workflows, templates, permissions, and naming conventions; develop SOPs.
• Implementation & Administration: Lead rollout of Procore modules and configure settings; support project startups and user management.
• Adoption & Continuous Improvement: Monitor utilization metrics and partner with operations leadership to reinforce standards.
• Reporting & Integration: Develop adoption and compliance reporting; support Procore integrations (e.g., JDE).
• Success Measures: Increase Procore adoption, standardize workflows, improve data quality and reporting.
