Job summary

Avicado is seeking a Procore Consultant in the Austin, TX area to ensure smooth day-to-day operations for our clients. You will manage Procore implementations, integrate with financial systems, and lead training and adoption efforts on a remote-friendly team.

The role requires deep Procore experience in construction business processes, strong communication, and the ability to work in a hybrid in-office/remote environment up to 5 days a week.

Qualifications

• 2+ years Procore implementation and administration experience.
• 5+ years of Procore experience.
• Strong understanding of the Procore finance module.
• 4+ years experience in the construction industry as it relates to business processes or project management.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and provide a high level of service.
• Oversee upkeep, configuration, and reliable operation of the client’s Procore project management database.
• Manage implementation schedule and develop custom reporting solutions.
• Coordinate and deliver training with content and materials.
• Promote software adoption and address user barriers.
• Deliver meeting minutes, status reports, and post-project evaluations as required.
• Lead implementation of all Procore tools including pre-construction, PM, financials, and integrations.
• Lead integration of Procore with client financial systems.
• Develop SOPs using Procore in client discovery.

What you’ll do…

• Establish and maintain relationships with the key stakeholders

• Responsible for the upkeep, configuration, and reliable operation of the client’s Procore project management database
• Project management of implementation schedule and custom reporting solutions
• Coordination and delivery of training including content and materials
• Promote software adoption: uncover user barriers or resistance
• Deliver meeting minutes, status reports, and post-project evaluations as required
• Lead implementation of all Procore tools including pre-construction, project management, financials, & integration options
• Lead effort to integrate Procore with client financial systems
• Develop standard operating procedure utilizing Procore operations with client discovery

You should have

• Located in the Austin, TX area and willing to be in office up to 5 days a week
• 2+ years Procore implementation and administration experience
• 5+ years of Procore experience
• A strong understanding of the Procore finance module
• 4+ years experience in the construction industry as it relates to business processes or project management
• Attention to detail
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the Construction industry as it relates to business processes or project management
• Experience in the Technology industry as it relates to software implementations and administration
• Experience in the Customer Service industry as it relates to software support
• Experience with construction project management systems (i.e., Primavera Unifier, Microsoft Project, e-Builder, Procore, Newforma, etc.)
