Job summary

Avicado Construction Technology Services, LLC is seeking a Procore Consultant to drive Procore implementation and integration for construction clients. The role requires 2+ years of Procore implementation experience and 5+ years of Procore experience, with strong knowledge of the Procore finance module.

The ideal candidate will work well on a remote team and be located in or willing to relocate to the Austin, TX area.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of the Procore finance module.
• 4+ years experience in the construction industry as it relates to business processes or project management.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders; provide a higher level of service.
• Oversee upkeep, configuration, and reliable operation of the client’s Procore database.
• Manage the implementation schedule and custom reporting solutions.
• Coordinate and deliver training including content and materials.
• Promote software adoption by uncovering user barriers.
• Deliver meeting minutes, status reports, and post-project evaluations.
• Lead implementation of all Procore tools including pre-construction, project management, financials, and integrations.
• Lead effort to integrate Procore with client financial systems.
• Develop standard operating procedures utilizing Procore with client discovery.

What you’ll do…

You should have

• Located in the Austin, TX area and willing to be in office up to 5 days a week
• 2+ years Procore implementation and administration experience
• 5+ years of Procore experience
• A strong understanding of the Procore finance module
• 4+ years experience in the construction industry as it relates to business processes or project management
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the Construction industry as it relates to business processes or project management
• Experience in the Technology industry as it relates to software implementations and administration
• Experience in the Customer Service industry as it relates to software support
• Experience with construction project management systems (i.e., Primavera Unifier, Microsoft Project, e-Builder, Procore, Newforma, etc.)
