• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Procore (implementation, administration, or consulting).
• Strong understanding of construction operations—PM, field ops, financials, or safety/quality.
• Proven experience in a client-facing or consulting role.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical system solutions and workflows.
• Strong communication skills with experience presenting to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience leading trainings, workshops, or implementation sessions.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Procore engagements—evaluations, audits, implementation, integration, expanded use, and ongoing admin & support.
• Partner with client stakeholders to analyze processes and design scalable workflows across PM, field ops, financials, and safety/quality.
• Advise on Procore best practices, adoption, and long-term system optimization, incl. integrations with financial tools.
• Deliver trainings—executive, office, and field—to drive adoption and ROI.
• Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously with timely delivery.
• Troubleshoot complex system and process challenges with solution-oriented guidance.
• Contribute to internal playbooks and implementation methodologies; mentor junior team members.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a Procore Consultant to lead client-facing implementations and become a trusted advisor to construction leaders. You'll own engagements end-to-end from evaluation and discovery to implementation, expanded use, and ongoing support. You would be working directly with executives, project teams, and field staff to modernize how they run their business on Procore.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead end-to-end Procore engagements — evaluations & audits, implementation & integration, expanded use, and ongoing admin & support tailored to each client's size and needs.
• Partner with client stakeholders to analyze business processes and design scalable workflows across project management, field operations, financials, and safety/quality
• Serve as a strategic advisor on Procore best practices, adoption, and long-term system optimization, including integrations with financial tools (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks)
• Deliver high-impact training sessions — executive, office, and field — to drive adoption and ROI
• Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and
• Troubleshoot complex system and process challenges, providing thoughtful, solution-oriented guidance
• Contribute to internal best practices, playbooks, and implementation methodologies
• Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing across the organization

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with additional construction technologies (Sage, QuickBooks, CMiC, etc.)
• Background in construction management, construction technology, or a related field
• Experience with process mapping, change management, or system adoption strategies
• Prior consulting or advisory experience
