Goodwill Industries of Southern NJ and Philadelphia is seeking a Processor to sort, price, tag, and stock donated goods. You will process softline and hardline items, maintain quality, and help customers and donors with their donations and purchases.

The role requires reliability, strong customer service, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends. Cross-training opportunities exist for barcode, utility, and warehouse tasks.

Qualifications

• Follow all Goodwill policies and safety procedures.
• Provide professional etiquette and responsive customer service.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Ability to process, price, and tag donated items accurately.
• Physical ability to lift and handle typical donation items.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming softline and hardline goods as assigned, maintaining quality.
• Price and tag items to achieve the highest possible store sales.
• Stock, sort, and organize donations; separate acceptable items.
• Assist customers and donors with donations and merchandise questions.
• Perform duties as Barcoder and Donation-Utility Associate as needed.
• Cross-train as needed for Material Handler, Baler, and Warehouse Helper roles.
