Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Southern NJ and Philadelphia is seeking a dedicated team member for the Retail Team to process donations with care and accuracy. You will barcode and tag goods, stock shelves, and assist donors while maintaining a clean, organized workspace.

You will strive to meet daily rack targets, brand a subset of items for bonus eligibility, and help generate store sales through efficient processing and customer service.

Qualifications

• Technical: proficient in using current production software to complete duties.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming softline and hardline goods as assigned, ensuring high quality.
• Barcode and scan garment labels accurately.
• Tag and input 3 racks per hour; 40% branded items to qualify for bonus.
• Aim to generate $7,500 in store sales from barcoded items every two weeks.
